Member Conduct & Facility Use
Peak Fitness is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and comfortable training environment for all members at all times. By accessing the facility, you agree to conduct yourself in a controlled, courteous manner and to refrain from any behavior that could reasonably be considered unsafe, disruptive, intimidating, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal or physical harassment, unwanted attention or contact, stalking, threatening or aggressive behavior, sexual or lewd behavior, damage or misuse of equipment, excessive noise or profanity, and violation of any posted rules or policies.
Because Peak Fitness operates with 24/7 access and may have no staff on-site during certain hours, members are expected to use good judgment, respect fellow members’ personal space, and immediately report any safety or conduct concerns to management. Peak Fitness reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access, cancel membership, and/or notify law enforcement for any conduct that violates this policy or creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for others.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment & Intimidation
Peak Fitness has zero tolerance for any form of harassment, intimidation, or unwanted attention, including sexual comments or gestures, staring, following, or interfering with another member’s ability to work out safely and comfortably. Any member engaging in such behavior may have their access revoked immediately, their membership terminated without refund, and, where appropriate, their conduct reported to law enforcement.
Unattended 24/7 Access Expectations
Members understand that Peak Fitness may be unstaffed during certain hours and agree to use the facility at their own risk, following all posted safety and equipment use guidelines. Members must check in with their own access credentials, may not provide access to non‑members or to members without 24/7 privileges, and may not allow “piggybacking” or unauthorized entry. Members are expected to immediately report injuries, equipment issues, or unsafe behavior to management via the designated phone, email, or app so that appropriate action can be taken. Failure to comply may result in loss of 24/7 access and/or membership termination.
