STRENGTH + eNDURANCE CIRCUITS W. RACHEL

This dynamic workout is designed to maximize efficiency and effectiveness by combining strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises into one invigorating session. Open to all levels, if you’re looking to build strength, improve endurance, or enhance your overall conditioning, this class will help you get there.
What to Expect:
Warm-Up (10 minutes): Begin with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your muscles and joints for the workout ahead. This phase includes light cardio and mobility exercises to get your blood flowing and reduce the risk of injury.
Circuit Training (40 minutes): Move through a series of stations – treadmill, lower-body, and upper-body. Stations may include bodyweight movements, resistance exercises, agility drills, and cardio bursts.
Core + Cool-Down (10 minutes): We’ll finish with a core series as a group and wind down with stretching and deep breathing exercises to promote flexibility and relaxation.
Come ready to work hard and leave feeling accomplished and energized. No prior experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to push your limits! We can’t wait to workout with you!
